Colleague Day –> buddy
This year, we renamed Colleague Day to Buddy Day. Because as soon as we board the plane heading abroad for our annual Explidition, our buddy system kicks in.
No hand-holding or walking around in matching outfits all day – though we won’t stop anyone – but rather keeping an extra eye out for one another. This also forms the basis of a great bond among all our Heart Hunters for the rest of the year.
