Employer branding examples: 4 cases we are proud of

Turning your brand into an attractive employer. That is employer branding in a nutshell. There is no shortage of theory, but you are here to see that theory in action. We present to you four employer branding examples that we unleashed on the world.

Van Havermaet: Maetwerk

Consultancy firm Van Havermaet has been a loyal client for several years. And we are still complimented on their rebranding every single day. The next question was whether we could do the same, but for (potential) employees. Because they also had a story to tell to that target group.

Exit vacancy page. Enter the Maetwerk concept and a separate career website. Naturally featuring all job openings. But also with pages like Why Van Havermaet?, a look at the application procedure, an introduction to their various departments, and a separate page for interested students. This is how we clearly show what Van Havermaet stands for. And what Maetwerk means to them.

Comfort Energy: Heroes of the Road

Up early every day. Navigating Belgian traffic through all kinds of weather. The red carpet isn’t always rolled out for you as a truck driver at Comfort Energy. But there are plenty of benefits that ensure every driver enjoys their job. That was exactly the story we needed to convey in the search for new colleagues.

In the image campaign Heroes of the Road, we did roll out the red carpet for once. Heroes could identify themselves online and received a package full of cool gadgets in return. This included a magazine in which Comfort Energy introduced itself and employees talked about their jobs. Result: 20,000 digital visitors in four months.

Aluro: The Right Profile

Employer branding example number three. Five family businesses under one roof, all in the technology sector. With an overarching group above them. The common denominator was that they were all looking for people. The uncommon denominator was that each company communicated separately and emphasized different things…

Stronger together. We developed one overarching concept: The Right Profile. A nod to their business, of course. But also a great way to make their career website stand out. Each company has a separate profile page where it introduces itself, lets an employee speak, and shows what goes on behind the scenes through a photo album.

Group Suerickx: Immensely Human

The last in our line-up of employer branding examples. Group Suerickx specializes in large-scale and technically challenging renovation projects. A world of deadlines, working against the clock, and immense projects. At the same time, the renovation specialist maintains a human approach: with growth opportunities, open communication, and honest collaboration.

Where Immense and Human meet, Immensely Human is born. We applied this concept throughout, from their onboarding documents to the layout of the vacancies. From their determined tone of voice to the job site – including a short quiz to test exactly how Immensely Human you are…
