To enhance their search for new colleagues, we developed a multimedia employer branding strategy focused on a strong work-life balance and a high-quality career path. Additionally, we provided targeted guidance throughout the recruitment process, including job vacancy campaigns, a new job platform, and a job test.

Komplex stands for synchronized architecture for project developers, companies, and residential projects. However, they felt that their brand identity was not fully in sync with the image and message they wanted to convey to their target audiences. We developed a complete marketing strategy for them, resulting in a new high-end logo, corporate identity, and website.
